Normally as long as you're there by the time the doors open you'll be seen. Anything after 930/10am expect to wait til 445 and be told you won't get it. Make sure you bring as many documents you might need so you don't get in and then not have everything. They only have 2 people at the window helping everyone. They really need to open a bigger facility. It's wild.
If you're in line by 6:45 you'll be seen when they open the doors at 8:00. I went at 6:45 and I was out of there before 9:00 a.m. If you get there at 8:15, you'll probably pull a number large enough that you won't be able to come back until 9:30.
Yes you have to go there early in the morning to get in line to get a number and then wait. We had to go back all day to ck in.
