Got there at 11:30am and wasn’t seen until 4:45pm. If you need help with FMLA don’t waste your time. I literally got to the window and the guy said I can’t help you here. Call this number.

I believe Shin is a PREJUDICE SDI employee Shin who works at this office feels she can argue with customers , i went in the office she said i was sent a message that my id social security W2 had to be verified i told her i just had the id if she could take a copy of id she responded that they needed the W2 and social security to be verified i then told her i was going to read the paper with the information SDI was requesting she said she was busy i said she can give me a minute to read what she gave me she then brought up the rest of the people in the room said she had to help them when she hadn't even assisted me for less then 4 minutes when i believe she was attempting to use the group of people to intimidate me or pressure me to leave, again she refused to take a copy of my id after she gave me the paper saying SDI needed to verify my id

Still waiting for them to approve disability 3 almost 4 months later . They need to be more prompt about getting the disability going . People are already going through a hard time and continuing to wait for it to come in is stressful

The office is open Monday through Friday at 8am. It is first come first served and people get there early. It is for DISABILITY ONLY; NOT UNEMPLOYMENT. Also, it is not a call center, so the number listed here is not worth calling. Anyone who answers it will not have the ability to answer questions about your claim. It would be like calling your dentist's landlord to ask for a root canal - over the phone. And, why would you do that? Seriously, who asks for a root canal?

Just go there
No, it's first come first serve. They open at 8AM and people start arriving at 7:30.
Go to the edd office and tell them that you need to call them and you could use their phone their and will conect you.
I called the number they gave me, 28 times over a three day period. The electronic system on many occasions, said they were transferring me to an operator. Every time I got a busy signal and the phone call hung up. Several times I received the recording, "We are experiencing higher call volumes. Please try your call again", and the system would hang up on me. Absolutely impossible to get a hold of them by phone. Now I'm having to sut in line for two hours or more, as they only allow 8 people at a time in the office.
If you go to the be at 5am put a chair in line waiting in your car till 730 other wise you lucky if you get seen sounds crazy it is I've learned been their 5 times you'll see what I mean by six the line is huge good luck
The phone number is not correct. Calling 209-948-7856 is for UI or WSB. Please call 800-480-3287.
Normally as long as you're there by the time the doors open you'll be seen. Anything after 930/10am expect to wait til 445 and be told you won't get it. Make sure you bring as many documents you might need so you don't get in and then not have everything. They only have 2 people at the window helping everyone. They really need to open a bigger facility. It's wild.
EDD, DMV, and ETC. are all 7:57 numbers. Meaning you need to be on the phone dialing them at 7:57 am to get a chance for a place in their phone lines otherwise you have a big chance of them having the maximum number of callers list already filled
They are now open M-F at the counter. This is for DISABILITY ONLY though, not unemployment. The people who work there can only help with state disability claims.
Call Bank of America
Go to Stockton and they have the forms sitting outside in boxes the online process is shut down for now
