I loved working out here. The trainers are fantastic, very understanding, and they push you outside of your comfort zone. I especially liked the CrossFit class, it gets you DRENCHED. Also the perfect training place for Tough Mudders and Spartan Races because they really focus on working the entire body.

They might actually be able to attend there because I have seen kids as young as 11 training there when I was a member
You can try it for 1 week free and it's $75 for one class, either kickboxing or CrossFit, and $125 for both. You get to use the gym any time no matter which one you sign up for and the kickboxing class comes with free wrist band wraps for under the gloves.
