How can I guarantee that I will get the car that I have chosen ( Cadillac XTS ). I've rented this model before , a week in advance only to find out that it is not available on my pick up date. So sad.

Best to call the location to make sure they can hold that specific car for a reservation. I picked hybrid and it was a corolla not a prius.

Even with a Reservation it has happened where the car gets into another persons hands. Just make the reservation and be there first thing on the day of your reservation
