I don't know if they have Mini Coopers but they always got me the car I wanted. Enterprise is the only car rental I've used. Great Company and great cars.

The best thing you can do is call around at different locations to see if they have such a car for rent or know if another location might have one. I wanted to drive a prius and the best that was close to that was a corolla hybrid in my area. I had to still call around to even find a hybrid for rent.
