I made an appointment online. They took my car in. The only thing I can complaint about it was the long wait, definitely longer that I anticipated it but the service was great. I was able to get the alignment done at he same time as my car needed it. I felt like I found a pretty good price for Pirelli tires! I will definitely recommend this location.

DO NOT GO TO PEP BOYS! COME HERE INSTEAD! We had a horrible experience at Pep Boys where they basically threw us out despite having an appointment (for a simple nail-in-tire repair), so we came to Big Brand Tire and they had us in and out in 40 minutes. Great customer service!! Pep Boys lost a customer but Big Brand Tire gained a new one!

Sure they can patch it depending on where the nail is in your tire. And there is ni charge they patch it for free..
