Very happy to not be a client of this place as they are in it for money and not the animals, we were in the area days after our dog had foot survey (6 hours from our vet) and we had issues with the bandage. We called to ask if they could just fix the bandage and all they say is you aren’t a client we won’t help you. Stay away.

Only vet in my immediate area that wasn't booked a month in advance. I got an appointment within a few days, appointment time was met, had a consultation quite quickly, the meds were ready quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Phone follow up today and I was called back almost immediately and could have been upsold services and wasn't so that's cool. I guess they're my new vet. No complaints.

When I called, they fortunately had a same-day cancellation and I was able to take our pet in. On the phone, the admin was nice and friendly sounding. Upon arrival, they were also nice. I wasn't able to go inside due to COVID regulations, which is fine, and they came out and handled everything as usual (paperwork & explanation). They took my pet in for the doctor to check. Doctor called and patiently, professionally, and with a calm/soothing tone, explained everything. Following that, the assistant came out to take payment and provide medication with instructions. Will definitely go back!!

Exam is about $55 which is going rate, but if they want to see you cat again it is free, which is a huge savings vs. Others. Look these people are the best when it comes to care and are reasonable. You won't regret it. SAINTS!
Depends on weight. I just had my German Shepherd mix 63lbs spayed last week 9 months. About $490 with meds. Winnetka animal clinic has been my family's vet for about 20 years. I found cheaper places but the trust wasn't there like it is here.
The vet will know what document you need if you mention it during your visit. Make sure you have a carrier that can go under the seat in front of you and probably a harness. You'll have to take the kitten out when you go through TSA. Pets need their own ticket too.

You may be calling during a holiday closure. Access is an emergency facility they are most likely forwarding to in case of emergency. I woiuld try again. I have never had an issue.

Thanks for your question! For our patients who have had a check-up with the doctor within the last year, we offer 1/2 price vaccines on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 3-4:30pm! Unfortunately we do not offer grooming services, but we have many trusted referrals for our clients. Give us a call to schedule an appointment or ask any other questions you may have!
