You don't need to make reservations unless you're planning on doing the special activities( which I highly recommend). Masks are required
I would highly suggest making reservations to have animal encounters. The place is completely great but the animal encounters are really something special that are normally sold out of the day of.
No reservations needed. Mask are required inside.

No reservations as of now. Not sure whether they will change it in future. Busier on weekends... If possible go on weekdays as you will not need to deal with long queues outside and/or inside... But, animal encounters get sold out pretty fast. I am not sure whether reservations for that.
