We bought online recently hoping for a reserved specific time and still waited in line for about an hour. I'd recommend getting their as early as possible and bring something to entrain the kids while you wait. The line goes very slow to get checked in. They check in people with and without tickets already all at once. And with one person.
That was called vip, when I went. There is a way to skip the line. Just go straight to the front. Because you have a time slot. Most people in line. Don't have the package
