Yea, just like PB said. They do run out of meat. Ive been there when they ran out of ribs. You gotta get there early. Its that good!!
They didnt have regular hours before. They would close when they ran out of food. Sometimes that would be at noon.they r competition cooks so they decided to open a restaurant and only cook so much at a time..

They keep prices down by not making too much and throwing it out at night.
