The assistant manager Jayla is the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with in over 15 years of dealing with beauty brands associate. Managers and hairstylist have always made me feel welcome and comfortable and have always helped me in any situation that arised. However that was not my experience today. I called in early in the morning to see if they had a walk in available for today for a color. They said yes Katie is a master stylist and she is available at 1:30 pm and so I arrive at 1:30 pm to be told my appointment is at 1:15 and that she had two hours blocked out for me but that she would not be able to help me today. Which was ridiculous because according to the girl who put me on the schedule I was not late by one minute. It’s funny because I’ve been sitting here now for 20 minutes and the stylist Katie has not had one customer or even came out of the backs. One of the stylists was actually doing another employees hair coloring it and they both went to the back and then proceeded to tell me that there was no one that could help me.
