Currently waiting for a package to arrive for a monoscope I bought for my phone on June 26th with an expected delivery date 5-8 days later there was delays due to a Typhoon in China where the scope came from I don't blame China for that but it arrived in the US on July 12th it arrived to that post office on the 16th. Today is the 21st and it is still in Kansas City and I am waiting for it to come to Pittsburg Kansas where I live and it is like why must people not do their job

The 1800 is not helpful at all .. they should have a 913 number were we can really get our service the way people want it.. or costumer service. I wouldn't even give a star at all

It depends on the location. So take walk-ins some require appointments. Give them a call and they will let you know.

I put a birthday card in one of the blue postal pickup boxes & the recipient has never received it; how do I find out if it was picked up from the blue box?

I think the only way to track it is to send it via certified mail.

When I went their they lied to me that they didn't have my package when they did

depends on what you are shipping. The lowest amount that is in a brown small box is $4.95

A letter was send to my Husband and since requested a signature and no body was at home, it said now will be back to the post office can I go pick it up , even do it's for Him

I'm a carrier, and no, UPS does not pick up outgoing mail. Now, some UPS stores accept mail and have a carrier that stops in to drop off their mail and will pick up outgoing. Most people put their outgoing mail on the outside of their mailbox with a clothespin, ot they still have the blue drop boxes. Hopefully this helps.

They do take passport photos however it is cheaper to have them taken at CVS or Walgreens. The cost of the passport itself would be better looked up online because there are different cost for different things.
