Do they have beef ribs or is everything pork?

98% sure its just pork ribs. They make an outstanding brisket and burnt ends if you're looking for beef.

Its pork ribs. BUT, if youre used to having ribs other places beware that these seem to be untrimmed. There are large fat linings and rib tips you have to eat around. That being said, they're pretty tasty.

Not good to me

No beef ribs. I will vouch for them having great beef burnt ends though.
