They have carts or whatever yet very high price to rent them but some people real need them to get around those grounds so huge thinking next year I might see about rent one for car show!
I have been many many times to the fair and this year had the most scooters I have ever seen by far. They are all over the place and there are many accommodations for any handicap you may have!

they have scooter rentals available per day, not sure about pre registration for them, you can also bring your own.
