I just read that if you are coming to the Fair via Amtrak, you are allowed on the grounds when the train arrives at 9:20 (from Rochester and West), but the buildings don't open until 11am.

Very disappointed with State Fair ground s. This year's New York Fair was very disappointed in how lots of things weren't plan. Right this year!!!!!!
