We were extremely disappointed. Because of the short time my daughter had to find a dress and her size, we were told we had to shop the sample room. They neglected to mention they do not do any at all alterations on sample dresses. So add up to $500 on alterations. And the even greater disappointment was they didn't mention EVERY dress was damaged in some aspect. And it was up to the bride whether the damage was worth it or not. We went to David's Bridal down the block, brand new no damages and everything included for less than one forth the price from Kleinfeld Bridal.
They do have thousands of beautiful, high-end, designer dresses. With that being said, do not go in their with a budget of $1000 or a short time limit. If you want to have a TRUE Kleinfelds experience, have a dress budget of $2500+ and schedule an appointment asap. The more time you give them just means better results for you. Also, I know some designers are somewhat hard to work with. Some won't even allow you to take pictures of you trying gowns on until your dress is bought and paid for.
There is literally every dress you can think of there.
There's so many dresses that I cannot count.
