Had an awesome experience here while looking for MOH dress. Jennifer the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Full disclosure we were 30 min late- no one skipped a beat- they helped us right away. And were thorough and efficient without making us feel rushed. Cannot say enough nice things about Jennifer she was awesome!

My bridal experience at Pronovias was the worst part of my wedding planning/year. The morning of my first appointment to try on dresses, I received a text from the sales associate saying that I had to go through their entire website and pick only three dresses to try on and they would not allow me to try on more than that. She was rude and nasty after I said I would not be able to do that at work a few hours before the appointment. Luckily, they switched my sales associate and I found my dream dress thanks to my friend who came along. No one from the shop even called me to tell me my dress was in. I called to get a status and they said that the dress had been in and the reason they didn't call was due to staffing changes. The fitting process was an absolute nightmare. I had to come in 7 different times (over the course of almost 3 months) in order to finalize my dress. The first few appointments I came in for the dress was completely incorrect so much so that seams were open and stings hanging off the dress. My mom came in for an appointment and they hadn't done anything to the dress and it was still in all pins AFTER being told it would be my last appointment. She missed seeing me in my dress and I will never get that back. I had to take off work to come back and forth. The finished product was wearable but the length was still too long and I tripped over it the entire night. In checking out, I was ignored and the sales associates think who they are. I would never recommend for anyone to get their dress here. They need new seamstresses and sales associates.

The worst customer service. I ordered a veil at the New York location. A year after no one knew where the shipment was nor I received a notification from the store. When they finally responded and just because I literally had to call a few times, the person attending my request promised to ship the order to me. It never happened. Now I am a few days away my wedding and still struggling getting them to provide a response. I can’t imagine the stress of a similar situation if it was my wedding dress instead. Avoid the extra stress of having to deal with a terrible customer service.

I had the BEST experience at Pronovias! Camille, my consultant, was absolutely incredible. Everything was very personalized, and she was so helpful and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend her and Pronovias!
