I'd gone to a few other bridal shops in NYC, like Kleinfeld and RK Bridal, and they were lovely, but Designer Loft was the first place that let me look through the racks of dresses and pick out my own dresses! It was really fun for my maid of honor and I to choose dresses, and even though the appointment was only an hour long, I actually found my dream dress here!!! It was under budget too, which was wonderful. I initially didn't think I was going to find anything at Designer Loft because there were so few dresses that I liked on the website, but there were so many more dresses at the store than appeared on the site. Also, Michaela was the person who helped me in and out of dresses, and she was absolutely lovely! She encouraged me to try on a wild card dress for fun, and she got so excited with me when I found a dress I loved! I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a very special patient of mine set up a VIP appointment at Designer Loft and it was the most wonderful experience. I was extremely nervous in accepting this gift and did not know what to expect as I have never went wedding dress shopping before until this day. Me and my 4 guests were greeted with open arms and had the bridal shop all to ourselves with two bridal attendants - Liz and Daiana who were absolutely wonderful! There were snacks, treats and champagne for everyone and a photographer to capture the entire experience! I was extremely nervous going into this experience as I am a curvy woman and do not do well with trying clothes on. Daiana made me feel so comfortable and both ladies listened to what I had envisioned for my wedding dress and found dresses for me to try on that accentuated my curves. Liz helped me figure out what I liked and did not like about each dress to find my perfect dress! I would recommend all future brides to Designer Loft. This will forever be a special memory that I will hold close to my heart.

Great selection of dresses and very responsive staff. Victoria was such a great bridal consultant. She was patient, responded to my messages (even after hours) and helped answer all my questions. Would highly recommend!
