Had a really poor experience here. I came here with five of my bridesmaids and our stylist had picked out about eight dresses for us to look through in the color I had indicated prior to our appointment. My bridesmaids tried on 2 dresses from the selection and none of us loved any of the styles. Our stylist saw us struggling and did not make any effort to pull any more dresses for us. I had to go through all the dresses in the show room and pick out more dresses for my bridesmaids to try on. I finally found a dress that came in different styles that everyone loved with no help from anyone that works here. We then only had about 15 minutes left for our allotted time and no one told us that if we ran out of time during our appointment everyone would have to come back and make a follow up appointment to get “fitted” which meant to take measurements that typically take TWO minutes. When everyone returned to the store individually to be measured the employees were extremely rude. They were rushing through measurements and kept telling my friends that the measurements were free and they weren’t getting paid for doing them. Two of my bridesmaids wear a normal size four and were told to order a size 10. Thank god they felt something was wrong so they ordered a size four and their dresses were a just a little big on them. I can’t imagine if they ordered significant sizes up because of the lack of professionalism from this place. I have nothing good to say at all about this company.

I can't say anything negative about the experience since the appointment went well however, where I have the issue is the sizing that was recommended to me. I am usually always a size 2 but was advised to get a size 4 and because I thought the showroom representative had more knowledge of sizing than me, I didn't think to question her judgement. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. I am swimming in the dress and inquired about exchanging since I feel like this was an error done on their behalf but they said that exchanges weren't an option so I have to come out of pocket hundreds of dollars due to a wrong size that was recommended to me. So I advise if you do go, DO NOT GO BY THIER MEASUREMENTS BY ANY MEANS.
