It took me some time to leave a review. I’d give it no stars if that was an option. I cry as I think of what to say. I am very disappointed with how my mom was treated in the emergency room as well as a patient. Her jewelry is missing- no one knows anything and the worst part is , when it was time for her to be admitted into Hospice care , they were inconsiderate of the family’s feelings, rude, selfish, and money hungry. When they family refused to choose the option they wanted us to choose, they were worse. There was one woman in particular who called every day with a bad attitude. I swear if I could remember her name….There was a different doctor working the floor each day and showed little to no concerned as to why my mom was even there. I could go on and on as to why you should NEVER EVER use this hospital. In the end, my mom died here because of the lack of knowledge and care.

The hospital for whatever reason charges you what they estimate is your balance before you do the surgery then they call you the day before surgery and they say things like make sure you have our money. Of course after it was ran through my insurance after the surgery the way it was supposed to be I owe zero dollars then when I asked for a refund they said sure it takes five weeks I asked can you expedite that he said nope. The charge will be disputed if I don’t get my check in two weeks. The surgery was supposed to be at 3 PM for an hour but it was actually at 4 PM and ended at 8 PM and then God only knows why they wanted me at the hospital at 12:30 for a 3 PM surgery. After the surgery for dinner keep in mind I haven’t eaten in 24 hours they gave me a string cheese then after the surgery I think two days after they called me asking me how is everything I said everything is going bad she said thanks for the call bye.

I’m giving this hospital 1 star because the person at check in desk is so rule and ridiculous, just want to yell at visitors. She didn’t even say hi or apologize. Her name is Jean K I believe. Probably because im asian that’s why she gave me attitude.

No complaints and was very impressed by the cleanliness. There was an urgency in wanting to evaluate my emergency. Everyone involved was very respectful. None of those insensitive questions or remarks which makes a huge difference.
