I SAW RANDY!!!! YAY! He instantly came up to my group and offered to take a selfie with us. I'm sure he does that a lot but it blew me away. I was there with my niece to look for gowns and our consultant was amazing. If anything, she was TOO nice. Lol. The entire staff were pleasant and we had a great experience.

Wonderful Accessories Appointment with Megan! I have been looking for a bridal headpiece for a couple months and have gone to Castle Couture, Bridal Atelier, White House Bride and even Kleinfeld once before. Since most online purchases for the type of headpiece I'm looking for are final sale, I didn't feel comfortable purchasing anything unless I had tried it on. My first appointment at Kleinfeld was a bust, and my consultant seemed disinterested. I came back a second time yesterday since I saw they were having a trunk show for Christie Lauren headpieces and I had been eyeing one in particular. I had been DM-ing with Christie and she told me she'd make sure to have that specific headpiece available for trying on the day I was coming in. Of course, once I was in the appointment room, Christie informed me that the headpiece I wanted was nowhere to be found and I could come back tomorrow or later this week if I really wanted to see it. She tried selling me on some other of her designs but they weren't what I was looking for. I was bummed, but I had brought my mom and sister all the way there and wanted to make the most of my appointment so I asked my consultant, Megan, what else she had available in the store even if it wasn't Christie Lauren. She absolutely saved the day! She was sweet, attentive and listened to exactly what I was looking for. She ended up bringing me the MOST beautiful and unexpected Thomas Knoell design and right when I put it on my head, my face lit up and I knew it was the one! Megan never rushed us or pushed us to make a purchase, she just listened and made us all feel relaxed and comfortable. If you can request someone to help you with accessories, I definitely recommend asking for Megan she is the best!

I had the best experience at Kleinfeld. I worked with Lisa and she was so amazing in listening to exactly what I wanted and also encouraging me to try on new styles that she knew would look good. I found the perfect dress that was so opposite from what I came in looking for. I loved Lisa and my experience and she really helped make my family and I feel welcomed and comfortable! Can’t wait for my first fitting!!! Thank you Lisa!!!!!!

I came here for world class service, and I certainly paid the price. However, i would compare this to getting your dress and alterations through Facebook marketplace. They forgot to order my dress and now I’m less than 2 months out and I still haven’t had a first fitting. When they called me 3 weeks after they told me they were going to to schedule said fitting, the only weekend day available is the day before my shower. So now i have a fitting in New York on Saturday and a shower in Boston on Sunday. And this isn’t even accounting for a final fitting or picking it up. Will i have a wedding dress? Who knows. Oh and don’t expect to be seen for your appointment on time, you’re safe to show up 30+ minutes late and you’ll still be waiting.

I need an hour to watch Wedding Dresses I'm coming from Chile, could you give me an hour, please, for March 30?
I'm getting married soon and I beloved to see Randy's collection I think he has some of the best price dresses around
Most people make appointments. Because of its popularity, it gets very busy. Give them a call and see if you can arrange a visit. Enjoy!
They stock his designs in the syttd in the UK version think it's in Essex
Yes, do so, its to your advantage and personal attention! Best!
Check their website and you can add your email address to their website and get those notifications sent to you.
Yes, you can visit the store. But, if you want to try on dresses, you need to make an appointment.
It's possible. Schedule a work appointment. (Google translate)
Hello good afternoon, the randy is not the owner of the store, he is an employee, but he is also a stylist of brides dresses.
Yes he does, a whole line.
How would you like to participate and choose a beautiful dress of this. A dream
No. Wedding dresses are very personal. Like all bridal boutiques, you make an appointment and try on dresses. You can schedule a follow up appointment, but no purchase is required
Gotta make an appt. And for their flash sales, you gotta make an appt and pay for it.
There should be since there's a show specifically called Say Yes to the Dress, Atlanta.
Yes. They will pack it so it is ready for the wedding day. It will just need to be steamed for any wrinkles that occur during the transportation process.
Yes. But we have to make an appointment.
Four points was price friendly and just a quick walk to the bridal shop.
Alterations are not included in the price.
Yes u give them the budget u have for the dress
You can just visit but specific dresses and the time and attention of staff is limited
If it is for dresses, it sure is, I went because my wife is very fans of the program, here in Spain and we entered to see the store, the very friendly staff let us be there, in fact a program was being recorded
I don't think it's free to look around. If you are getting married, I suggest you book an appointment as soon as possible if you want to see her at the end of October.
Randy is only there when they film, he is there for the brides they film with.
You are asked your price range. When that is established they will pull 3 to 4 dresses off the floor accordingly.
No, it's by appointment only. Each person is assigned a their on sales person.
When I brought my gown home after the fittings they gave it to me in a garment bag.
Yes you will need an appointment. I would call soon.
Kleinfeld isn't affiliated with Bridal's by Lori. You have to submit an email to TLC
There was no champagne during my appointment. But i believe they forbid you from bringing anything due to the possibility of it ruining a dress.
Yes you need a reservation. Kleinfeld is really really busy.
Randy is busy creating his own line of stunning gowns, but he comes back when we are filming.
Nice, living in France I am happy to know what you are doing 5000km away. Have a good weekend. Bye.

I don't believe you need an appointment just to see the store.
Mail it back and let them now what is wrong I hope this is helpful
In kleinfeld there are a lot of prices depending of the dress
When we went there were a couple of ladies that took care of us
No, you need a scheduled appointment in order to be permitted into the salon portion of the store. However, you may walk around in the lobby.
I was told that you have to apply well in advance if your wedding. I didn't do it, just got my gown there
There is street parking but it is rare to get a spot but there are plenty of parking garages on the block and around the corners.
There is one next door but they didn't validate parking for kleinfelds. Further up the block is the garage that does.
No, they don't. That designer is only in Bridal Reflections I believe
Maybe you would be best emailing the show direct
I dont think so
9/22/18

We went in and could sit in the foyer the man on the desk ws apure delight but you are not allowed in where the dresses are
First to even get an appointment, you have to complete an application and put a deposit down on the appointment to ensure that you actually go. (Because that appointment could have gone to come one else) they only tape at certain times. So I'd say you would have to check when those times are to be able to be on tv! It's an awesome experience, such great staff and very helpful and friendly.
Depends on tracy bruce's back account
You need to send an email to Kleinfeld! Although the email I sent was not answered! Or schedule an appointment to try on dresses.
They have numerous sales throughout the year. You can sign up on their website, i believe, to get emails about them. They do truck shows for exclusive designers, etc..
I hope I have your body at 55! I would recommend a beautiful clean white shift dress. Maybe with some lace sleeves.
Good!
I think they start at around 650, 700? That's currently the starting point with the new sales. Check the website because they also have seasonal and casual sales. I hope you find a dress!
I bet they do. They have lots of different color dresses; you can check them out on their website.
Rule number one. Try one every dress
Their website has dresses and designers they carry. You can look to see if they carry anything that fits your style.
And
You can walk into the lobby but that's all. Even then I wouldn't overstay my welcome and come off rude. You absolutely cannot walk around inside.
Check it out online Usually it takes a few weeks to get an appointment. Most dresses take 6 month to order so take that into consideration when booking. The more time before your wedding, the better.
It's a wonderful experience! and I recommend to write well in advance. He is very busy!!!
I think you could get away with Spanish, or with basic English: they are incredibly helpful and kind!
You can make an appointment on their website; if you want to apply for Say Yes To The Dress, look up 'how do i apply for say yes to the dress' and you will reach their application page. There is no guaruntee of acceptance, though, in that case.
They are allowed (if you have an appointment and they are one of your guests), as far as I've seen on Say Yes To The Dress.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as cash and personal checks. (Personal checks are only accepted for deposit, not final payment.) If you are ordering a special-order dress, we require a 60% deposit at the time you order your dress. When the dress arrives at Kleinfeld and passes our quality control check, we’ll contact you to let you know and to schedule a fitting. At that point, we require payment of the remaining 40% balance. If you are buying a sample gown off the rack, we require 100% payment and you must take the dress home with you that day. If you’ve requested that we ship your gown out of state, your balance must be paid for in full before it can be shipped.
Maybe 5? I don't think there is an official limit. But, if you have any trouble with them just explain; I hear they're very kind and reasonable people.
Yes just make sure there is time to do it.
Contact the store directly for that information
We were extremely disappointed. Because of the short time my daughter had to find a dress and her size, we were told we had to shop the sample room. They neglected to mention they do not do any at all alterations on sample dresses. So add up to $500 on alterations. And the even greater disappointment was they didn't mention EVERY dress was damaged in some aspect. And it was up to the bride whether the damage was worth it or not. We went to David's Bridal down the block, brand new no damages and everything included for less than one forth the price from Kleinfeld Bridal.
