I had such an amazing experience finding my wedding dress here! First of all, I was annoying and cancelled and rescheduled, then rescheduled again to my original time, and they were sooo flexible, understanding, and helpful! The stylist that I worked with was Jillian and she was the best! She made me feel so comfortable and was so helpful when it came to figuring out what I liked and didn't like, weeding out dresses that were definite "no's" and ultimately guiding me towards choosing my dress! I am so happy that I chose to go here and definitely recommend anyone who wants a fun experience finding a wedding dress to go here as well!

Terrible experience. Bad treatment, gave me 10 minutes to try the dresses and charged me a fee of 25 dlls. Bought my dress and when I went to pick it up they didn’t allow me to try it on!!!!! No tailoring is offered!! This is a bridal gown not a Gap t-shirt.

Such a great dress shopping experience. My stylist was Jordan and she was so sweet and really took the time to get to know me and what my vision was for my wedding day. We drove an hour just to shop here and I'm so glad we did. I could not be more happy that I chose Lovely Bride NYC for the wedding dress of my dreams! I had such a good time shopping for dresses here! I was wearing a dress that in my heart I knew was the one (I had come back three times to wear it) and yet I was having such a hard time saying yes because there was another I was deciding between. The woman who helped me gently talked me through what I was feeling and helped me realize what it was I truly wanted and ultimately led to me saying yes! Everyone there is so sweet and genuinely wants you to find the right one.
