And they are constantly in and out of our Apts thinking we don’t know. I’ve found my door left unlocked a couple times.

I couldn't agree more! They changed how you pay your rent so I just called to verify what my rent is since it's no longer on the website or sent by email. She told me it's not her responsibility to stay on top of my rent and she doesn't know what my balance is and hung up! I have never been more disgusted by a person's level of unprofessionalism! I guess we get what we pay for.....cheap rent + cheap customer service and people's skills.
