The manager is very rude, unprofessional, nasty attitude. When you call her for a problem you have an the appartment they take forever to come fix it. Please find somewhere to leave.

I couldn't agree more! They changed how you pay your rent so I just called to verify what my rent is since it's no longer on the website or sent by email. She told me it's not her responsibility to stay on top of my rent and she doesn't know what my balance is and hung up! I have never been more disgusted by a person's level of unprofessionalism! I guess we get what we pay for.....cheap rent + cheap customer service and people's skills.
