Aviah is the best building in Downtown Fort Lauderdale without question! We’ve lived in Miami Beach & Brickell and you won’t find a better bang for your buck in South Florida. Think 5-star luxury living (in the center of it all!) at a fraction of the cost. Most importantly, this building is run by an incredible family who is very hands on and makes you feel right at home. They’ve recently upgraded many of the amenities as well. We really enjoyed the 2 years we lived there and would recommend the building to anyone!

Location, location, location. This pristine complex outshines the entire neighborhood. The building managers are approachable humans with warm hearts and spirits. The maintenance and office staff are both extremely competent, friendly and courteous. Requests are addressed almost before you hit “send”. You can feel that the priority is your safety. The grounds are maintained daily, yes daily. The totally refurbished gym is an exerciser’s dream , especially the cleanliness . The dog park is the best in the neighborhood. It is a great place for your pups and you to meet your neighbors.

The Aviah Flagler Village is the number one place to live in Fort Lauderdale, seriously! This building is a five star resort paradise for everyone! It is like one big family here, everyone is super friendly! We meet new neighbors every day by the pool, BBQ, jacuzzi and the gym. Since day one, when we walked in to see the two available units, the management made us feel like we are home. Elizabeth & Mark thank you 🙏. All the steps from the application to the moving in were super easy and organized! I highly recommend that you come to check out this building first, if you are looking to live in South Florida and have the right “South Florida” life style! You do not need a car if you live in Aviah because everything you need is walking distance from here and the airport is a 12$ Uber ride away. If you do have a car then it is well protected in a great garage with plenty of parking!
