This place should get no stars. They took my money told me it would be a couple weeks. Then they sold the building and raised the rent to 1800!!!! It was supposed to be 1500. There is trash everywhere outside the building in the stairways and everywhere else! This place is so unkept. And it is new owners and management. From all the previous reviews I can see that the property is just getting worse and worse. It may just be a blessing in disguise. When I did the walk thru there were roaches not palmetto bugs, but tiny hundreds of roaches. The bedrooms are extremely small and you cant even turn around in the kitchen. I wouldn't even of looked twice at this place if there wasn't a shortage of places affordable to live in south Florida. I'm not paying 1800 to live in the hood with roaches and trash all over the place. Also I was never reimbursed ANY of the money I gave to them.

Worst place ever do not come live in this Appartment 1440 nw 2nd st Fort Lauderdale fl 33311 , everything broke in this apartment and they only have one worker and he’ don’t even know what he’s doing , the people in the office so rude and so much roach in the apartment all the close rusty and break even them door old and broke down , absolutely nothing good in this place and it so ghetto peoples are fighting everyday police coming here like 2 time a day , this place is hell and it so expensive is not worth the price at all, and I have kids they leave us without fixing the AC for a months, my kids get sick , it’s terrible 😭

I moved in Feb 28, instantly termites everywhere in my unit. Turn on lights if you want at night and they sworm. Roaches in a remodeled kitchen. Leave a plate or anything in the sink and you will wake up to a family reunion of roaches. Also they charge late fees even when you pay on time. How do I have late fees for $470 when I paid on time? I paid on the 5th but it wasn't put in the system until two days later. There are several tenants who have been charged late fees when they've paid on time. I will not renew my lease here. I cant wait till it ends.
