My granddaughter and her boyfriend flew down from MA for the Peach Pit concert. They had a great time.

Great venue. Limited seating, but lots of bars.

I saw Alec Benjamin here, and I definitely loved this venue! It could easily fit 3000 people, there were about 2000 the day I was there. Nice lighting effects and good speakers, I could here the audio all the way in the back. You have to get your hands marked with an X in permanent marker if you don’t want to drink alcohol, and it doesn’t come off for a few days. But this venue was amazing overall. The performer was also amazing and I loved the music! Would recommend.

Alec Benhamin concert was great.

The venue is All Ages unless otherwise specified. It is up to the parent as to whether they decide to bring their children.
I’d like to know answer also
The VIP might allow that. I would check the website to be sure.
h
Its a general admission standing room only venue with the exception of a few events that are noted on the event page. There is premium seating available for purchase though. Please visit https://www.fillmorenc.com/premiumseating for more info.
Every time I've been the artists have been selling their merchandise
I don't see why not. It is an all ages venue unless otherwise stated. I saw plenty of teenagers and younger there with their parents.
I have a ticket available.
The latest ive been there was after 1am.... depends on the type of crowd...
There is a parking garage and the cost is $5. There is also an open air parking lot at the AvidExchange building and parking is free there during the week, but they will charge $5 on weekends.
This space, is more concert based you would need to contact management for booking info.
Not sure.. Maybe... They werent that strict about where or how you git a negative result as long as it was within 72hours
If you order from ticket master. No problem. They can help you there. If you use a secondary source for tickets. 😛😛 Good luck.
All ages! :)
I would say it's not overly kid friendly at that age. As standing room only, they might have trouble seeing the stage. It is not a tiered stage. I am 5'7 and was a few rows of people back from the stage and still struggled at times for a good view It also gets QUITE crowded.
Ok for bags and purses 10x10''maximum.
Shows are all ages unless otherwise stated. What show in particular is it?
Uber/Lyft only. Also ample parking in the area if you drive in.
Unless you are getting VIP, which means the area is blocked with seating and your own bar, the rest is GA, that means people or companies just trying to make extra money off you
Nope. If you want to sit down you will have to buy an upgrade. 50$ and up. Also draft beers are 10$ a piece. Crazy expensive.
The Filmore is all GA show. Do not spend extra money for VIP unless you want to actually sit down. The left side of the venue has tables. You can almost always upgrade at the will call window. 😆
It's all general admission. Get there early and you can be as close as youd like
The Hyatt Place is very nice and close, Stay Alfred is within walking distance to the Fillmore and on the same street, and the Holiday Inn on N College street is very good too.
No, you cannot. We are a GA standing room only venue, except in our VIP section. For more info on that, please call 704-972-6997.
The venue is basically a bar and opens up about an hour before the show... Shows usually start within 10 mins +/- of the posted start time (i.e. this is not like a theater where if you aren't there at the start you have to wait until a certain point to be let in). If you want a good viewing spot, get there about 30 mins before your show starts, get a drink, and be ready to stand for awhile... They do try and clear the place out pretty quickly once the show has ended...
The box office is outside the main building, to the left of the entrance. It's closer to the road, by the sidewalk.
Upgrade your seats and it won't be a problem, better experience from the tables/VIP area anyway
As mentioned, the Fillmore doesn't have specific hours. However there is a noise curfew during the week so typically shows don't go too late. Asking about hours makes me wonder if you're instead curious about the Music Factory as a whole; it is a conglomeration of many different businesses each with varying hours including multiple other music venues, bars, clubs, and restaurants. See the Music Factory site for more info (avidxchangemusicfactory.com)
Yes...its only $5 service at the box office
Yes..usually $5.00
It's just off of downtown Charlotte. Lots of hotels near by
I feel established now 😎 By the way EVERY music open mic should be open to Hip-Hop. Every one I've gone to has all kinds of music genres and even multiple stand up comedians.
Its standing room only, unless you pay $100+ for a chair. Depending on where you want to stand, I would get there an hour early.
Pretty sure if you don't have ID its automatic you won't get the wristband required to drink.
Yes
Your phone is essentially your ticket. They will scan the ticket from your phone. You must pull it up prior to walking up to the ticket taker. I get all my concert tickets this way. It so easy
When my husband and I attended SNZ show, there was seating outside the VIP area. We had a table and two high top chairs on the back wall.
No
Due to noise restrictions most concerts will end by 11:30PM.
The doors open at 7pm
Separate, slightly raised section to the side. Has separate bar and restroom. Standing room only unless you pay an additional fee on top of the vip fee for a seat or a table. Ends up being expensive, but you're not crowded and can see unless you pick a seat that has an obstructed view. I did it 2 nights ago at a sold out show. I'd do it again in a heartbeat, but would reserve my seat further in advance to have best selection now that I know the options.
Do you have handicap seating or do I need to bring a wheelchair? I can only stand for limited time
There are several hotels close by in downtown Charlotte. It is a short cab ride that wont cost much. I agree with the previous commenter. You do not want to walk anywhere from the Music Factory complex area. Not safe.
I'm pretty sure that there's nothing but standing room at the Fillmore... unless you buy a VIP spot.
Yes as a general rule. It Does depend on the event though. I would call ahead just incase.
You will have a seat at a table or counter to the side of the stage. You will have a bar just for vip customers and an option to order food if you like.
Unless there is an unlisted show, no. August Alsina's performance was on August 3rd.
From the website: Show nights-2 hours prior to show Sat-sun closed unless there is a show Mon- 1-5 Tue-Thu- 12-5 Fri-12-4
