If having a civil wedding where would I go exactly would I go here or the address they recommended which was a county jail lol I’m lost please help

You would go to the Magistrate's office which is located at the Cumberland County Detention Center.

Just walk in, or set an appointment??? I tried calling to be sure but got no answer

You obtain your license at the Register of Deeds. You will then go to the Detention Center/Jail for the ceremony. Congratulations.
