I wasn't satisfied with this storage business, they had "the nerve" to send a bill to "over charge me"on my unit there, to my old (which they already knew I moved from there) address 2' states away. "Pure Evil" & Rotten To The Core... "GREED" Do yourself a favor, don't go to "extra space storage" to do your business.

I rented out 2 climate control units. One was in BLDG C and the other BLDG H. No issues what so ever with BLDG H but BLDG C HORRIBLE! I paid for climate control and not only did the system for that BLDG go out and they didn’t even notice until I called a handful of times to check about work order but there’s only 1 system for this big building and my unit was at the very end so it was just as hot as being outside. Staff was okay for the most part, there wasn’t really anything they could do but if you’re paying for climate control and you are told you’ll get BLDG C; request another. It was a waste of $250 plus dollars. Hours are good and my stuff survived without being stolen so that’s a plus.
