Place paved their parking lot and didn't put gutters in and now the back area houses are getting flooded with house damages and sinking just manager told me years ago that the parking lot got paid right before they bought it but I know that was a lie it didn't get paved until after they bought it and they put more storage units in

I do my best to give people the benefit of the doubt but this place is absolutely terrible. DO NOT under any circumstances do anything more than Uhaul rentals at this location. I tried having a hitch installed here, had my appointment set up, and it wasn’t busy. The gentleman who was working on my truck moved around like He was shooting for overtime. An hour and half in I was informed they didn’t have the proper wiring harness so he would run to another location in town and grab the right one. Another hour and half goes by and he comes back and tells me the wiring harness he went and picked up was also wrong and they should have the correct one shipped in a week or so…..excuse me? Moral of the story is pay a little more to get stuff like this done by people who specialize in hitch installs and not Uhaul employees who mainly rent trucks and trailers out. It takes a lot for me to give out bad reviews but this one takes the cake for me.
