This U-haul center has everything you need to move. But pack a lunch, your gonna be here for a while. If these people move any slower, they'd be going backwards. There is also many, many issues with equipment control, organization, maintenance, and accountability. Keep copies of all your records, contracts, and receipts, it's also a good idea to jot down who you speak with. The employees are friendly, some seem lifeless, but not rude. It would have gotten more stars if we didn't have to go back in person to track down a trailer we returned early, they lost it. No one answers the phone, so you have to go out of your way with proof of a rental return cause they're unable to account for there own equipment. The manager doesn't even have the courtesy to come out of her office and offer an apology for there mistake. This store is in desperate need of new management... Lastly, I've been waiting for a call back from the U-haul customer service for hours... I don't think it's coming. Other than that... it's fine.

Set an appointment for 2PM. I dropped my car off about 1:50 and was told that they are running behind because they had an unscheduled install they had to do. Was quoted 2.5 hours- been here over 4 hours and they’re still not done. Not a big deal but if you came in from out of town to have it done, there are no places to wait at within walking distance. The male staff in the evening were more friendly and helpful than the ones during the day.

It depends on the size of the truck. However, uhaul price matches Budget. Budget trucks are cheaper but usual insurance is a third of what Budget charges. For a 15 foot truck I paid roughly 400 with insurance.

You'll have to call them. Most companies don't have reps to answer you here unfortunately.
If you did the moving...and you had insurance on the move whether its through the Uhaul or your home owners insurance, you could file a claim. It may not be worth it for a home owners claim if your deductible is too high, but if you paid the extra insurance fee when you rented the Uhaul you could file a claim. The insurance covers your belongings and the truck. This is why I ALWAYS pay extra for the insurance.
