Completely unprofessional, spoke to 4 different people in the service department and instead of listening to what I had to say they talked over me, & screamed at me. When I asked them what parts my warranty covers their response was” we can not look that up and tell you.” Rick Brown, Patrick, and Adrian one of the technicians all were not trying to help me and my situation. All argued me instead of letting me the customer try and understand what’s going on. Then Rick Brown hung up on me and the entire VW stopped answering my call.

Radiator/coolant hose was ordered by Ed's tire on Thursday it still hasn't been delivered today is Sunday my car has been in the shop 4 days for a radiator hose !!! Make it make sense !!!

You will have to call the parts department on that question. I am a customer too. There is a website the part department representative can give you in which to buy VW parts and accessories at a lower cost but the catch is if you don't purchase the part from them then they will NOT guarantee it. You decide what you would rather have. Just call them and ask for the parts department.
