The staff was friendly and it only took a few minutes to get the documents I needed.

There is no reason the certificate section should be so rude. I filled out a birth certificate online for the website for the county, I gave the employee the confirmation number to the employee and was told it was canceled but took my money.

I had to wait 5 months to get finger printed for my C&C. That being said, once I showed up, process was quick, staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole thing was painless. Just wish there was a faster turnaround.

How do I find out who own a property in Fayetteville
You will need to do a "Quit Claim Deed" and he will have to sign it for you to get him off title. You can find the QCD on the web.
You don't. A legally signed and witnessed will is only a single copy. If you make a copy the will is voided.

If you go in person, it's $10 per certified copy. You can have them mail it, but you pay more for them to mail it.
If the will has been probated, then there will be a copy in the Estate File. If the will was filed, then you can obtain that from vital records.
Cumberland county tax records
You can either search the Register of Deeds Online, or you can go in and request a copy.
If you mean where do you pick up a death certificate for someone who died in Cumberland County, it would be with the Cumberland County Register of Deeds on the first floor of the Cumberland County Courthouse. Uncertified copies are $0.25 each and certified copies are $10.00 each. You must provide photo ID regardless of payment method.
I don't think you can. You can order certified copies online, but you can't view the record from online except from within their office. If you want to get a certified copy then go to www.ccrod.org/vital_records/onlinevitals.html
You should probably contact Fayette County, GA clerk of court. http://www.fayetteclerk.com/
Thank you. So will they officiate my marriage as soon as I ask? I'm wondering when to tell witness or family to arrive.

The magistrate will file with the Register of Deeds and in 3 business days you will be able to return to the Register of Deeds to retrieve your certified copy of the license. Until it's filed you can't obtain proof.
Yes
You will need to go to the Civil Division of the Clerk of Court. It will be easier if you know the file number.
You would go to the Magistrate's office which is located at the Cumberland County Detention Center.
