What I need to do get marriage licenses with out get married at the court house.

You will need 2 forms of identification (drivers license, social security card) If you have been divorced you will need to show the date the divorce was finalized. And $60 for the marriage license fee. Once you get the license you can take it to whoever is gonna perform the marriage ceremony. Then they will return it do the court house to be filed. You will have to wait 3 days then you can go and pick up certified copies of the marriage certificate . It is $10 a copy.
