Why ask the public? Wouldnt it be way easier to just call and ask?
I'm not certain..I'd like to think that they would work with you if you have a good reason. Might be best to give them a call or go in and check.
They still charge you for your stay unless you havent paid yet. I got extremely sick from mountain sickness and they wouldn't give us any of our money back so we paid for another hotel in Denver just so I could get better. Wasn't happy and they said it wasn't their fault I got sick.
