We arrived at 10:00 pm and they request you download an app to access the parking garage and to check-in. The app did not recognize our reservation number and there was no front desk open at the resort. I called the resort and all I got after several attempts was a busy signal. They give you a number to text, however, no one responded. I reached out to Expedia and finally get a number to call. We finally get a QR code to access the parking garage and when we get to the room the thermostat in broken and no air conditioning had been running. The room smelled like mold and my entire family started having allergic reactions. Sneezing, headaches, etc. I reached out to Expedia who I use for pleasure and business travel and the resort declined our refund. I called reservations directly this morning and they were very impersonal and rude to me. I definitely would stay away from this property.

Condo was great. Can walk across the street to go ski. Easy to get kids to and from. Great location to walk to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were very clean and have great amenities. 2nd time to stay and will definitely be back

Building is nice. Parking Garage is warmed to around 50 degrees in Winter. Parking situation requires a registration process prior to arrival (no public parking). The building has all the amenities for a great little ski vacation and is a 2 minute walk to the Winter Park Resort. Each unit is individually owned, so some units may be updated and others may be older. The building amenities are great and the pool/spa area is fun but can get crowded. My only real trouble with this building is that only one elevator was in service on the Parking Garage side of the building when we stayed there. The only other issue to mention is that your room may be very far from the elevator and lobby (ours was #4475 and was the longest walk possible from the elevators). After the 2nd day, we found that the stairs were much easier option getting out.

Fairly decent! Very close to the slopes and the village. Know that Hot pool is outside and sometimes it's not hot. If it is too cold outside or snowing I would first check the water temperature. Also the elevators are only on the left side of the building which means if your room is on the right you will have to walk a lot with your gears etc. Customer service is helpful but know there is no one on the site so your best bet is to call them.
