The service was super friendly and we were seated right away. Three of us got burritos but the meat was kind of rubbery and they all came out cold. One person got the hatch burger and said it wasn’t anything special. Really nice staff though!

Great food and service, and offers a vegetarian option for one of their trademark burgers. We arrived with a decently large party of 5, and it was already pretty full, so I can't really fault them for the wait. Staff were still very friendly despite the rush, and our server was very attentive and refilled our water pitcher basically the instant it ran empty. We each ordered their Ditch Burger, and a full plate of nachos to share. The nachos came quickly thankfully, and on first glance the plate seemed absolutely monstrous, but if it's a testament to the quality, it disappeared in a flash. Burgers themselves were excellent, even if we had to wait quite a bit. Their specialty green chiles were exactly as they said, not spicy, and added a nice extra bit of acidity to balance out the fat from the patty and the sauces. I only wish there was an option to add bacon or cheese. They also offer a beyond meat patty substitution, and it seemed to be executed quite well if the speed at which our vegetarian party member devoured it is any indication. The portion of fries that came with the burger was quite generous, and very well executed as well.

Came back to Ditch from a year ago and prior in 2018 during a snowstorm. Any weather The Ditch is still here serving my favorite “the ditch hamburger” after an afternoon of Mountain E bikes, we were so hungry for a good burger and a beer. The Ditch is your place! Cool homey vibe and very friendly staff! Love this place! 😁

Get the burrito smothered in green chili. My wife who rarely says anything good about food gave it a “yummy” and even asked me if I wanted a bite. Wow. Her scale is good, so yummy is off the charts. Everyone loved their food. The green chili is awesome. I split the ditch slap with my son and it was delicious. The jalapeños are all fresh and nice and spicy. Overall, all 7 of loved the food. The sweet potato fries were awesome and so were the onion rings. The regular fries actually aren’t that good. I’d skip those next time.
