The website shows the various locations where the shuttle can pick you up, all you need to do is call Mardi Gras World & let them know which stop you'll be waiting at, & they'll send out the shuttle. We waited at the Ritz Carlton a few weeks ago & it took the shuttle less than 10 minutes.
Look online several hotels are pick up sites. Very convenient. They come every 30 minutes but calk rhem to confirm when you get to hitel pick up. I think we had jyst missed the last one and had to wait 22 minutes but it best walking ir getting a csb. We picked it up at drury inn suites on poydras across fr out hitel lpavillion.
Troy provided a good answer, but be aware that the last shuttle back is 5 pm even though they let you stay to look around until 5:30 pm.
