Yes they have several wearhouse's. The one on the other side of the river is the one that was used before Katrina. But you can only visit the one.

Thank you all! We walked back from our tour to our hotel on Canal St. Later we saw the building across the river and were confused as we didn't think we crossed a bridge.
I've seen the other side of the river building too. The painted sign on the Algiers warehouse is visible from the river walk. MGW does have many storage warehouses over there on Brooklyn Ave The Lower Garden District Riverfront is the only building the offer tours.

They tell you they have many warehouses. This one, MGW, is the only one you tour. Tons of floats, characters, etc and lots of work happening.
This warehouse is on the river and outside on the left I saw a bridge. But across the river, I didn't notice what was there. I have heard there are several warehouses that store the floats. This company shows you how they make them inside. Very interesting.
Not that I know of. The original warehouse is huge it seems to go forever
