On Tuesdays and Thursdays there is a line for dmv. Only way i know unless u have 13$ and get a copy of your own
U can call and talk to Richard ,or Barbara , Megan it's a possibility they can do the voucher and meet you at front or back gate if there willing to help you best of luck
Just ask the police officer so they wouldn't cause a problem
