I would contact Greyhound customer service.
Should be able to send a picture to the person and they can have the driver scan the barcode off by showing them their phone

You should have set the pick up point where the person is. Call Greyhound and see if they can help, a few years back a friend had to make a change on the ticket and the bus company charged a fee to make changes. I think you might be able to return the ticket but it will probably cost something. If the person who needs the ticket has a computer and printer or access to one they can print the ticket themselves, if you are computer savvy go to the Greyhound site and buy the ticket there putting in the pick up point and destination point and the name of the person who will be using the ticket. The site will let you pay with a credit card. Right now the prices will be higher because of the season. All said, I will say again the store you bought it at has to refund but it will cost you. If you explain what you need and why you are doing it they should just reissue the ticket with the correct pick up point and by whom. I am pretty sure they haven't stopped charging a fee to make the changes.
