As far as I know the splash pad stays open through nice weather. It was nice & splashy this past Saturday. No one else makes reservations, but there is only one large covered space that is occupied most weekends. During the week should be good, though. Hope this helps!
The Splash Park? Does Not make reservations.. I've asked some time I go.
the splash pad is open if you want to use the shelter you would have to make reservations for that you have to call the recreation department
