During tbe week there is a on the site maintance man and janitor that keeps this site tip top shape .This community has studio , 1,2, 3 bedrooms the deposit is equal to what you pay as rent to move in ..The manager is very helpful to your needs once approved to move in...Very quiet place among tenates, There is a waiting list here , its not often people move out once here but they do.I have not been here long at all and I love it here .
