2022 Review: -5 STARS due to ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES! Roach infested complex DO NOT MOVE HERE! Leaving your apartment at night be prepared to play hopscotch with an army of cockroaches. It's like a battlefield and you are in the middle of a war. TOTALLY NOT KIDDING. I recently learned I have a mouse or rat that has access to my apartment so I am battling that as well. Be prepared for littered walkways and full dumpsters, so full people don't even bother to put their trash in the dumpsters, it just spews into the walkways and parking lot. If you think I am exaggerating do yourself a favor before deciding to move here and pay a visit at night to walk around the complex. I will post pictures in the next few days.

GRT doesn’t honor anything that’s actually defined in the lease agreement unless it benefits them. Property advertises as nonsmoking but 100% does not enforce it, loud music, speeding cars throughout the parking lot 24/7, heavy drug use and dealing all hours of the night. If you have a family, strongly consider another place to live. This property is an absolute joke, I almost forgot to mention the cockroach infestation… wish I could give 0 stars. Edit: I worked here for a year… all in all, 1 of the worst job experiences I’ve ever had. Disgusting conditions, company does not value their employees whatsoever. Comes as no surprise.

Do not recommend living here, too many cockroaches and drug dealing all hours of the night. My wife and I did not feel safe her at all.
