It's a stepping stone for homeless families, it's a 2nd and 3 chance for others. Yes there are some conditions that's make life a bit uncomfortable at times, the program isn't designed for a family to come live there indefinitely, but they could stay indefinitely depending on family size etc. You live there for a year and then apply for your section 8 voucher and move on to a non roach infested home somewhere. This is a transition place but it's home until you find something else. It is what you make it, it beats sleeping in my car and washing up at service stations or couch surfing. As far as staff, it changes often but recently I can say for the past yr we have had the same management. Someone rude, maybe they are having a bad day, a soft answer turns away wrath. It's nice to be nice🙏 SoCo

Domus mgmt has taken over since Jan 2020 and yes there’s still mold here not livable at all their on their second mold lawsuit just a year apart cause it wasn’t cleaned at all and now their trying to fix it it’s to late needs to be condemned and torn down and they just let anybody in here kids damage property the garden and the dog bark there’s always kids breaking the fences ppl turn tricks in the back parking lot the worst place I’ve ever lived at when John Stewart had it they ran it better I’ve been here three years and irá gotten worst
