I've stayed there over 10 times, I never had a problem. There's only two floors, why do you need an elevator. I'm sure they would give you a first floor rm. if they're special needs.
Mike, I requested the first floor and she charged me 10 dollar's extra to change rooms. Said I had to pay to go to a non-smoking room. Usually it's the other way around.
