This is a good Bojangles to hit when you are traveling down Interstate 40. It has a huge dining room and there is a play area indoors for the kids. There is also an outdoor playset. Plus the food is always good. Who doesn’t like Bojangles Chicken Supremes? I docked them a star because the Men’s bathroom was dirty. The trashcan was overflowing with paper towels and the paper towel dispenser was empty. I hate finding out after you wash your hands that there is no way to dry them.

Food was good, but employees did not have enough help. If you are on the road and looking for a quick bite you may consider one of the other faster options. The employees were very nice and the bathroom was clean.

I came here on foot without a car, and it was a quite frustrating experience to order and get my food. The building is closed and only the drive-thru is open. When at the point where you order, there is an electromagnetic detector on the ground which of course doesn't work when you walk on it without a car, and there was no button or anything else to get the staff's attention. I ended up calling and they were puzzled someone would be there without a car. I ended up getting my food and it was a pretty good fried chicken. The biscuits are meh in my opinion.

Customer service was absolutely horrible! If I could give 0 stars, I would! Ordered supreme meals & did not receive supremes. They gave us regular tenders and the chicken was undercooked. No seasoning on fries. We asked which drink was which and the lady got an attitude. Asked for bbq sauce and she proceeded to get smart. Get someone new at the window!
