The food was really good. The service, notsomuch... We got everything when we were supposed to, and maybe even a refill. However, our server (wearing a trainer badge) couldn't be bothered to mumble more than a couple words. She clearly didn't seem too interested in providing good customer service; saying hello, how are you, thank you etc. When she came up she handed us menus without a word. Sorry, our presence required her to do her job as a server. I was polite and respectful the entire time. It's sad our server couldn't do the same. You want a good filling breakfast, go here. You want friendly, attentive service; go elsewhere.

The white lady that worked 1:20AM Sunday June 12 , is so nice give her a raise ! And if she already got one she need another one ! Even on her break she still checked up on us !

The food was delicious and came at a timely manner we was served well! Yet when we were about ready to go we noticed that our waitress was more interested on her phone or talking to every other person in the diner rather than us. We haven’t touched our food for nearly over 20min and watched as our waitress did everything else except for serve us. To me this is very poor example of customer service and I wish you could fix this immediately before someone more drastic comes along.Warsaw NC, 28398. She needs to do better!

Food was good. Customer Service not so hot. We’re the only couple in there and employees was sitting, took 10 minutes to get our order, didn’t bring drinks until after we got our food. Also someone needs to order the manager guy a bigger shirt.
