I think everyone pretty much said what I was thinking.the rooms were disgusting roaches and bedbugs.had to keep shoes on and still stuck to the floor.cops on 2 occasions thru the night and I'm sure it had something to do with the gun shots I heard.only 3 though.the ambulance that was there left with no lights on so I'm not sure.....what happened there.i checked out the next morning and because of covid had to take breakfast in bag.the roaches were already eating my breakfast. don't stay here.

The dirtiest excuse for a motel we have ever had to stay in. Pull back the sheets and the mattress covers and box springs are covered with stains from all kinds of bodily fluid, drinks, etc.. We had no choice but to stay here since we arrived at 1:30am and this place was the only place around with a vacancy. $92 and it was so bad that we left all of our belongings in the car so as to avoid bedbugs and lice, slept in our clothes, and tried not to let the sheets or bed spreads touch our faces all night. I itched all night and had bites on my legs in the morning. The room reeked of stale smoke, all windows seals were broken and condensation had built up, the whole room and bathroom was filthy. Property needs total rehaul, mattresses need to be burned. This place was awful. We left as soon as possible and considering the condition of the rooms, no doubt decided to skip continental breakfast. If you have stay here, I recommend bringing along a hazmat suit or don't stay. It wasn't even clean enough to take a shower. Had to hover over the toilet. Very bad.

I will cut them slack because it was a holiday, Thanksgiving Eve, but at check in they had a fill in guy working the 11 to 7 shift who usually works at another hotel who didn't really know what he was doing apparently working off a sheet of paper instead of the computer system. He didn't seem to know we were coming and in fact had chosen our reserved room for his own personal use (because it wasn't written on the sheet) so he had to scramble to find another. We ended up in a room right next to the lobby and the breakfast bar despite making reservations a month before hand and it was a smoking room (though it didn't smell bad). Plus he wasn't sure how to change our room number in the system so I spent the night wondering if someone was going to knock on the door in the morning and ask who we were. The room itself was quite clean though it did not have extra blankets as promised by material in the room. Had a fridge and microwave which both worked and plenty of hot water. Fan in bathroom did nothing despite sounding like a jet taking off and the towels we're awfully threadbare. Staff was extremely nice but because of the room location we could not sleep past the opening of the buffet. Free morning buffet was okay though the make it yourself waffle maker was awesome. Guess you cross your fingers when you stay at a small town hotel.

If I could put no star I would. Everything in this hotel from the customer service at the from desk was horrible. The man could not even stay off the phone to service the customers. The toilet, the tub, the bathroom floor, the carpet, the refrigerator, the bedding, was all dirty. The oatmeal packets were chewed up by mice they had roaches. So the lesson learned in this filthy stay was you get what you pay for. If I had got the hotel for myself I would have looked at the reviews and seen it was shotty and close worthy. I did not book it and will never book it again in any city. It definitely needs to be closed and remodeled and updated in every way. Also fire the staff that's not properly cleaning up the rooms even if they're old.
