Not exactly. There's no lot size involved. Spaces with garages pay property tax and space rent. We are transitioning to a new management company. Things may change.
I have a large corner lot. They called it a 'premium' lot when I purchased 17 years ago. My rent is higher than my neighbors on smaller lots. We have both lived here same amount of time & both have garages.
