90 days is safe
Yes with application and documents approved at realid.dmv.ca.gov
Easier online or walk in to grab forms and drop them back off or mail. Try to not have to wait, especially cuz at window 1 the woman isn't very helpful, in fact rude most of the time. But maybe you'll get another helper. Or go to Auburn DMV
Make an appointment, you'll fill out a Reg 156, bring in your one remaining plate, and they'll hand you two new plates. It will cost $22. You don't need an appointment, however it is definitely recommended.
Appointment can be made at DMV.ca.gov when available
Must? No. Should you? YES.
You will get notice from the DMV if the car has been correctly registered when you pay
I was there yesterday and there us a fee fir everything! If your inperson
As long as you are in the office, you can take the tests. I am sure that they do not approve of looking up the answers.
Go online to fill out paperwork. They will direct you from there, or go in person. Witching hour tue-thur around 3pm usually there is no one there.
With no recent violations on your license no, no test is required.
In January I was able to just walk in for my class A permit test, but more recently I have heard that it's by appointment (from unreliable sources), however lately they don't seem to be as busy as in the past, maybe just grab everything you need to start the process and swing by, worst they can say is to make an appointment.
You're going to need to contact the Grass Valley DMV directly for that fax number.
My experience there was great. If you haven't received it then it may be coming from another location. It's faster and easier if you just go in. They all were friendly and super helpful. No wait. I recommend grass valley dmv for all your dmv needs.
Go to the DMV website and fill out the ID me form. You will get a appt number, print and take to the office with all paperwork. You'll be checked in and on your way.
You are suppose to but I didn't. Just eye exam.
You have to be at a window by 4pm
Pay 35 to dmv
Yes it can...you will receive your sticker once your smog is completed.
For me it took about 2 weeks and this was recently
Yes you can
I don't think it's necessary but is better to have an appointment
Yes you can but if you just paying for a new registration you can send it by mail
With no appointment you need to get there early to avoid long waits. 2 to 3 hours I waited without an appointment just last week.
Usually threw mail best to call them if your in a hurry
Yes you can it's going to require a verification smog from California
DMV is NOT making appointments until after August. That's what they are telling all of us that ask.
Yes, if not completed within 1 year of application date for last time.
Their website indicates that they will be open.
Get a truck,load your stuff,drive to california
You need to complete the Release of Ownership that's attached to the title and send it to DMVV.
DMV website shows $31. Senior license is no charge.
Both
Fill out a Reg 156 form...you can print it at home or get one in the office. Bring that form and your ID. Cost is $22.
If you mean Real id check the CA dmv web site for the required documentation.
My experience, you are told one thing and when you get there, if you get the lady with the bad day, every day attitude at the first window, sadly you'll need everything, every document you own, if you get a normal worker, or depending on which DMV you go to, you'll just need what online or a representative has told you. Just feel you should be warned so that you're not overwhelmed or allow her to intimidate you. Wish you the best.
Come into the office and get new plates for the car you're selling. If you are transferring to a different vehicle at the same time, bring in the plates and your registration. You will need to complete a Reg17 to transfer and reassign your plates. You can make an appointment before you come in.
I believe so, check on the DMV website.
You'll be responsible for transfer and new reg fees, but not back reg unless your purchase date isn't recent.
Yes they need to verify the VIN on the vehicle matches your paperwork.
You can make an appointment online but you don't need one. Once you pass the written test, you'll be given a permit. All first time drivers are given a permit. Then you will need to make an appointment for the behind the wheel test. Drives require an appointment. It's $36.
There is a form on the DMV website for getting a new copy of your registration. When I did this, it cost $20 to get the new registration and stickers and they were able to hand it to me at the counter. Debit, check, or cash was accepted, as I recall.
Nope! 9-5
You have to leave that state or get a licsense from that state only other way is if you live in both states
You can do either but will get it done sooner by just going in
Either CSS or the custodial parent would have to file against you for not paying child support. The judge can rule to have your license revoked. It's not common. I am not a lawyer, and am not giving legal advice.
